Cauliflower cous cous

8-31-2015  | Patricia van Essche

Cauliflower cous cous is the new recipe and a good way to replace rice or starches in your diet.  Simply wash a head of cauliflower and remove florets and pulse in a food processor.  You may saute an onion in a bit of olive oil, then add the cauliflower over a low heat and a bit of water until it is cooked according to your preference.  Other ingredients may be added, such as dried cherries, parsley, and spices to your taste.  You won't believe it's cauliflower!
