My name is Patricia van Essche and my Father, Paul founded this business in 1945. The love of my parent's and siblings are the reason that Paul's is still going strong, not to mention all the amazing people who are devoted employees and customers that are part of the Paul's family. I moved to New York to pursue a career in Fashion and am an Artist at PvE Design and for Paul's Fruit. My little sister asked me to "blog" for Paul's in 2014 and it is an honor and a privilege to share snippets of the past, present and future stories here. We are all incredibly proud of the business our Father founded and Thank-you for shopping and loving Paul's Fruit. Our Dad would always tell us, remember - "The customer is always right!"
