Eating green has many benefits.  Try to eat something green at every meal or replace one meal with a plate of fresh green veggies.  A green salad or a fresh steamed greens.  Greens are rich in minerals, full of fiber and great for your digestion, your skin and regularity.  Sliced fennel in a salad, chopped celery, braised broccoli, lettuce, cucumbers, avocado and blanched asparagus arranged on a plate look so pretty.  Are you eating your greens every day?
