Roasted Rainbow Gems

Oven roasted rainbow gems are the perfect dish to serve and super simple to make.  All you need are some fresh fingerling potatoes, washed and some fresh rosemary, sage, parsley and thyme and olive oil.  Toss in some garlic and mix, roast on a baking sheet in the oven at 425 for at least 25 to 30 minutes or until fork tender.  Serve and enjoy.
