Eat your veggies.  We've all heard this before but still we need reminders to eat our vegetables every day.  Try to increase your vegetable servings by one cup.  It might be as simple as a salad or something as simple as raw cut veggies.  Paul's has the freshest produce for you to choose from.  Think about adding more vegetables and take note and see how you feel.  Again, think of all the wonderful colors when you eat a rainbow of veggies and how much more vitality you gain.  Carrots, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Fennel, Artichokes and more all waiting for you to create something wonderful today.
