
Treat yourself to a fresh tomato juice. It is the perfect post work-out drink. Tomato juice is rich in lycopene and potassium. Studies show that tomato juice alleviates leg cramps and is also beneficial in fighting certain cancers. I love the beautiful rich red and adding a stalk of fresh celery.
