Simple daily servings of fruits and veggies at the ready in containers ensure that good choices are made.  How simple to plan out your daily recommended servings of produce.  Again, the daily suggested servings are 2 fruits and 2 and a half veggies. Look forward to setting up your servings and enjoy every bite of freshness.  Simple snacks, a banana, an apple, are easy snacks to have on hand, on the go.
