Cauliflower roasted

Roasted Winter Cauliflower tossed into a fresh salad is delightful.  Heating up the oven on a Winter day immediately is good for one's soul.  Roast any sturdy veggie and then toss into a salad and dress, top it off with grated parmesan or fresh goat cheese.  Just the word roasting takes my mind off the bite of the winter chill and warms my heart.  Throw in a few toasted nuts for added crunch. Food glorious food.  It's simply delightful.
