Easy Cheesy Drop Biscuits
1 (5.5 oz) package of Weisenberger Biscuit Mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup buttermilk (can use mile or water instead)
Preheat oven to 450*
Mix biscuit mix and cheese together, then add 1/2 cup of buttermilk. Blend well with a fork. Scoop into a greased muffin tip. You may want to use an ice cream scooper which works great.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 450*
Serve warm with butter and your favorite jam or Kentucky ham. Weisenberger mixes are wonderful and so are the grits.
