Do you have any childhood games that conjure up good memories? Well, one game for me that we used to play was called, "Skittles." We would play this game for hours. Have you ever played a game for hours? It's fun, right? It takes your mind of of things and causes your mood to all of the sudden feel better. Eating fresh food is like this too if we play it like it was a game.
