
Plum's are a Summer treat. Simply select a ripe juicy plum, wash and slice into wedges. Serve it with cheese or simply savor it alone. It's hard to imagine that the plum dried becomes a prune. Think of the plum as a juicy raisin. It's delightful baked in the oven or poached in a red wine reduction and served with fresh whipped cream and a lemon pound cake.
