Eat a Rainbow

Eat fresh and colorfully every day.  Think about all the colors in a rainbow and try to incorporate more color into your day with fresh produce.  Keep things simple, oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, a healthy salad for lunch and fish, chicken or your choice of protein and veggies for dinner. Eating a variety of color means a much broader range of nutrients.  Note how much better you feel by adding more color to your day.  Make sure you get a rainbow of produce and a mix of lean proteins and whole grains.
