Power of plants

One of the food trends here to stay is to strive to eat more of a plant based diet.  Plants have always been part of my diet as they were introduced to me at a young age.  Although, some of the dishes were cooked thoroughly, today's trend is to try to consume as much "raw" plants as possible.  Try to power up by eating more plants and see how you feel.  You may want to replace one meal with a totally plant based bowl like this.  The idea is to consume a rainbow or raw veggies.  Fruits are only added for a bit of sweetness but not needed depending on your own personal craving.  Think about this way of eating for the new year.  Power up with more plant based food.
