Caprese Salad is a classic Summertime Salad, literally from Capri. Italians may have created this salad but it is loved all over the world. All you need are ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella, olive oil, salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes, mozzarella and chop the basil, arrange in layers on a plate and drizzle with fresh olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Viva Summer time tastes of Italy!
